Nessun dipendente può permettersi di essere sgorbutico e maleducato con i clienti in debito o meno...ho fatto richiesta per giacenza media (anche se sotto) la risposta del dipendente è stata "portami 300 euro che poi te lo faccio.sensibilità e tatto zero...con una donna poi...una vergogna.. La mi brutta esperienza con la filiale in questione è stata questa: mi presento in banca per aprire un conto corrente dato che avevo aperto la mia ditta individuale da poco, gli do i documenti necessari ad aprire un conto corrente e mi dicono che devono trasmettere i miei dati alla sede centrale (sappiamo tutti che si apre istantaneamente un conto non c'è bisogno di trasferire i dati alla banca centrale, infatti alla banca dove sono ora mel hanno aperto in pochi minuti ) e mi invitano a tornare tra due giorni. Torno dopo i due giorni e il dipendente vedendomi fa subito una faccia strana e Chima il direttore prima di accogliermi. Accolto e mi dicono che non posso aprire il conto corrente con loro . A tal punto chiedo perché ? La risposta è stata non lo so . Chiedo di parlare con il direttore e mi viene negata e mi invitano ad uscire dalla filiale . Esperienza veramente imbarazzante , trattamento come un mal pagatore e pezzente e nella mia vita non ho mai fatto una finanziaria nemmeno per un telefonino tralasciando che non avevo mai avuto un conto corrente quindi non poteva esserci mai nulla di male nei mie confronti Unserious branch, the manager hides behind the employees without even being seen. Ho deciso di chiudere il conto perché sono incompetenti e a dirla tutta anche scostumati, Mi hanno chiuso il conto dopo 3 mesi ,ritornandomi solamente €1,60, si sono sfruttati tutti i miei soldi ... Per pagare chissà che cosa,visto che era un conto inutilizzato .. Sono stati richiamati molte volte chiedendo perché non veniva effettuata la chiusura del conto,la risposta era sempre che ci voleva molto tempo,quando le ho detto che sarei andati a denunciarli,hanno chiuso il conto, ma lo fatto troppo tardi, perché oramai avevano consumato tutti i miei soldi.... D	Domenico Ariotta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiedo se sia normale che da una intera giornata provo a telefonare e non risponde nessuno al telefono, mi spiace ma questo è l' unico modo per farsi sentire....ricordo che i clienti siamo noi da quest' altro lato, certamente fossi andato in rosso anche di soli 100 euro mi avreste telefonato ed allora si che il telefono avrebbe funzionato.....come funziona quando chiamate per offrire servizi..... I remember that we are the customers from this other side, certainly I had gone in red even for only 100 euros you would have phoned me and then the phone would have worked ..... how does it work when you call to offer services .....
