★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filiale poco seria e poco chiara, ho chiesto di aprire un conto a luglio 2019 e il direttore mi dice che mi contatteranno loro, vado a settembre a chiedere che fosse successo e il direttore mi rispondono di nuovo che mi ricontatteranno. oggi 28/10/2020 ancora sto aspettando la loro chiamata. A questo punto mi resta solo da pensare che se il direttore aveva questa serietà immagino il resto della banca quanta serietà possa avere .
Branch not serious and unclear, I asked to open an account in July 2019 and the manager tells me that they will contact me, I go in September to ask what happened and the manager replies again that they will contact me. today 28/10/2020 i am still waiting for their call. At this point it remains for me to think that if the director had this seriousness I imagine the rest of the bank how serious he can be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dato 1 stella perché non è possibile dare 0, quando si viene in questa banca si deve aspettare dalle 2/3 ore perché funziona solo 1 sportello! Per non parlare del direttore che la volta scorsa si è permesso di alzare la voce.
In conclusione non sanno neanche come trattare il cliente e ciliegina sulla torta? Dicono che non hanno mai il personale....come se al cliente potrebbe interessare questa scusa.
I gave 1 star because it is not possible to give 0, when you come to this bank you have to wait 2/3 hours because only 1 counter works! Not to mention the director who last time allowed himself to raise his voice.
In conclusion they don't even know how to treat the customer and icing on the cake? They say they never have the staff .... as if the client might care about this excuse.
