★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato una mia bici per sostituire solo un raggio rotto un po' di tempo fa. Porto solo la ruota (gomma gonfia), torno e mi fanno pagare il raggio più una camera d'aria nuova perché la mia "era bucata" (nonostante fosse completamente ok arrivata al negozio!). Pago, la porto a casa, il giorno dopo la "nuova" camera d'aria è sgonfia! Ne metto una mia, vado a fare un giro di 100km, tutto ok, e ritorno al negozio per farmi almeno dare una nuova camera d'aria (da notare che non ho neanche mai ricevuto l'originale "bucata" da riparare!) e mi dicono che probabilmente c'è un problema nella ruota (e quindi perché non è stata controllata durante il cambio di raggio? Hmm), decido di non farla controllare e il proprietario (riluttante) mi dà una nuova camera d'aria (per cui ho pagato!). Mesi dopo nessun problema alla ruota o alla camera d'aria. Decisamente poco onesti e taccagni.
 I brought my own bike to replace only a broken spoke some time ago. I only wear the wheel (inflated tire), I go back and they make me pay for the spoke plus a new inner tube because mine "was punctured" (despite having completely arrived at the shop!). Pago, I take her home, the day after the "new" inner tube is deflated! I put my own, I go for a 100km ride, everything ok, and I go back to the shop to get at least a new inner tube (note that I never even received the original "hole" to be repaired!) And they tell me that there is probably a problem in the wheel (so why was it not checked during the change of spoke? Hmm), I decide not to have it checked and the owner (reluctantly) gives me a new inner tube (so I paid!). Months later no problems with the wheel or inner tube. Definitely not very honest and stingy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. 42 euro per cambiare copertone della ruota posteriore e pattini freni che avevo oltretutto già comprato in quel negozio. I freni funzionano come prima e in più il copertone è 2 volte più grande rispetto a quello vecchio anteriore. E' così difficile mettere un copertone uguale a quello della ruota anteriore? Non è vero che è difficile procurarli ma la scarsa voglia nel farlo e l'interesse solo per i soldi. Di certo non tornerò più.
Bad service. 42 euros to change the rear wheel tire and brake pads that I had already bought in that shop. The brakes work as before and in addition the tire is 2 times larger than the old front one. Is it so difficult to put on a tire that is the same as that of the front wheel? It is not true that it is difficult to obtain them but the lack of desire to do so and the interest only for the money. I will certainly never go back.
