Oggi mi sono recata al cps per chiedere un consulto ed un aiuto come famiglia e ...nonostante fosse tanto decantato il supporto alle famiglie...non è possibile essere supportati ...bisogna prenotare con impegnativa a nome del paziente imteressato e qualora la diagnosi fosse stata fatta da un altro medico..neanche quello!!!!!! Ma scusatemi..1. Per chi ha problemi del genere è risaputo esserci un rifiuto alla diagnosi ed alle cure..2. Qualora volessi un'altra opinione?? E poi...la PRIVACY????? Entro ed all'accettazione senza scrupoli comincia..non inserisco appellativi...a parlare di ciò che mi riguarda con altre persone comodamente appoggiate al bancone ad ascoltare!!! Signori miei in situazioni difficili come queste l'istituzione pubblica come spesso accade NON SERVE A NIEEEENTEEEEEE
My child has a problem that for various reasons involves the whole family. Today I went to the CPS to ask for a consultation and a help as a family and ... despite much vaunted support to families ... can not be supported ... you have to book in challenging patient's name and if the imteressato diagnosis had been made by another doctor ... not even that !!!!!! But excuse me. For those who have problems of this kind there is a known refusal of diagnosis and treatment. If you wanted another opinion ?? And then ... the PRIVACY ????? By and through unscrupulous acceptance, it begins ... I do not include designations ... to talk about what concerns me with other people comfortably leaning on the counter to listen !!! Gentlemen in difficult situations such as these, the public institution as often happens DO NOT NEED A NIEEEENTEEEEEE
