Poor quality in the repair, probably the phone screen was not the same as the original but a chine!

The shop is nice and tidy, and they can make you find whatever you need! They give you info on cell phones and whatever. Repairs are fast and have a good cost! I also recommend it for Lala good quality of service.

Sostituzioni e riparazioni ben fatte ma come cliente non mi sono sentito a mio agio!
Suggerisco a tutti di fare attenzione a quello che scrivono nel preventivo...
A me è capitato che a parole mi abbiano indicato un prezzo, è prospettato un costo variabile della riparazione...
e...
poi sul preventivo ne abbiano indicato un altro.
Pare che alla fine sia quella la cifra che conta, quindi prima di firmare leggete bene tutto.
Se non avete fretta fate un benchmarcking con i competitors!

I suggest everyone to pay attention to what they write in the quote ...
It happened to me that in words they indicated a price to me, a variable cost of the repair is proposed ...

then on the estimate they have indicated another.
It seems that in the end that is the figure that counts, so before signing, read everything carefully.
If you are not in a hurry, do a benchmarcking with the competitors!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. Acquistato vetro temperato di 22 euro durato neppure due settimane. Purtroppo non ho più trovato lo scontrino, ho chiamato in negozio per spiegare il problema e mi è stato detto di andare da loro (avvisandoli anche di non aver più lo scontrino).
Arrivo in negozio e mi viene detto che non me lo possono cambiare perché non ho lo scontrino (cosa che al telefono già sapevano) ma anche se lo avessi avuto, non avendo fatto la garanzia (pagando un suplemento di 5 euro) non potevano cambiarlo gratis.
Al momento dell' acquisto non mi avevano detto che bisognava pagare un suplemento per avere la garanzia, quel giorno ho pagato con bancomat per cui potevo tranquillamente risalire al pagamento fatto da loro di 48 euro (avendo acquistato articoli vari).
Si sono offerti di rimettere il vetro a 10 euro anzi che 22, ma non mi pare giusto dover pagare un altra somma per un prodotto che è durato 2 settimane. Se acquistate da loro ricordatevi di chiedere la garanzia altrimenti rischiate di spendere soldi per prodotti che possono durare veramente poco.
Bad service. Purchased tempered glass for 22 euros which lasted not even two weeks. Unfortunately I could no longer find the receipt, I called the shop to explain the problem and was told to go to them (also advising them that I no longer have the receipt).
I arrive at the shop and I am told that they cannot change it for me because I do not have a receipt (which they already knew on the phone) but even if I had it, not having made the guarantee (paying a supplement of 5 euros) they could not change it for free .
At the time of purchase, they did not tell me that you had to pay a supplement to get the guarantee, that day I paid with an ATM so I could easily trace the payment made by them of 48 euros (having purchased various items).
They offered to put the glass back at 10 euros rather than 22, but it doesn't seem fair to have to pay another sum for a product that lasted 2 weeks. If you buy from them remember to ask for the guarantee otherwise you risk spending money on products that can last very short.
