Ho visto una maglia che avrei comprato ,ma,la mia taglia era in vetrina. Niente problema ,mi sono detto ,ho fatto presente al commesso che la mia maglia era in vetrina e che poteva sostituirla con una di una taglia differente.... La risposta è stata LA VETRINA NON SI PUÒ TOCCARE non dipende da noi ma dalla direzione del centro . Cosa assurda visto che la vetrina rimaneva con la stessa immagine . Complimenti e buon lavoro visto che oggi le presenze sono quasi nulle I went to the shop at the quasar mall even though I am not a customer at this store, but a customer in the city of Rome. Le commesse che ci lavorano contribuiscono al deterioramento dell'immagine del marchio, soprattutto una signorina bionda ,che ho persino invitato a rivolgersi a me con maggiore gentilezza. Il tutto è dipeso dall'aver innescato,a mio sfavore,una spirale perversa: mi sono sentita quasi in colpa a chiederle la disponibilità di un prodotto, che poi mi è stato quasi tirato in faccia. Totalmente riluttante anche solo a dare una mano, lei poi snocciola l'intero negozio e scompare nel magazzino per vedere se c'è una taglia più piccola disponibile. La mancanza di educazione e soprattutto di professionalità era più che evidente. Cosa volete da ragazze così giovani che sono appena uscite dal pannolino? Per fortuna ci sono altri negozi dove ti servono con un sorriso. C&S no grazie, mai più... Solo oggi 2 settembre sono potuta andare a cambiarlo perché la taglia non andava bene.Pur essendoci lo stesso articolo per cui era possibile fare il cambio taglia, oggi 2 settembre non mi hanno permesso di farlo, perché erano trascorsi 7 giorni! Non metterò più piede in questo negozio I purchased a product on sale on August 23 for a gift. Non posso che confermare le precedenti recensioni negative, appena entrato in negozio guardando delicatamente i vestiti mi è stato detto di “non toccare i vestiti” (in un negozio di vestiti ?), per lo meno la commessa mora con taglio corto… professionalità e gentilezza zero, da far scappare realmente il cliente come qualcuno ha già sottolineato… Unfortunately I can just confirm the previous negative feedbacks. I can only confirm the previous negative reviews, as soon as I entered the shop looking at the clothes delicately I was told "don't touch the clothes" (in a clothes shop?), At least the short-cut brunette saleswoman ... professionalism and kindness zero, to really make the customer escape as someone has already pointed out ...
