L'accoglienza fredda da parte di una signorina è stato solo l'inizio: non un sorriso, non un po' di gentilezza... Ma va beh. La cosa che mi ha infastidito di più è che ha fatto la maggior parte del lavoro con il rasoio, senza usare la lama (anche perché sennò non andavo nemmeno dal barbiere!). Sono rimasto senza parole per la poca professionalità e la troppa poca voglia anche perché il lavoro alla fine è risultato molto approssimativo, tanto è che tornato a casa me la sono fatta da solo. Oltretutto le è caduto per terra il pennello da barba per più di una volta e non si è neanche preoccupata di dargli una spolverata prima di rimettermelo in faccia. Se non si hanno i mezzi per fornire un servizio adeguato, è meglio limitarsi a fare quello che veramente si può: in questo caso solo il parrucchiere. Conclusione: paghi un sacco di soldi per un servizio pessimo e in più, quando sei lì, devi sciropparti i suggerimenti di acquisto di ogni cosa abbiano in negozio, perfino il "calzino" da mettere sul phon al posto del diffusore! Io sono stata in questo posto due volte e sono rimasta scontentissima di come lavorano. Il taglio che mi hanno fatto fà schifo e come piega sanno fare solo boccoli e capelli lisci... Croce nera!!!!!!!! MI siedo (la sedia piena di capelli del cliente precedente?)per cercare di capire che taglio fare e la ragazza ,per i primi 10 min ,a cercato di vendermi praticamente anche il negozio stesso. Mi presentava shampi maschere ecc senza nemmeno avermi toccato ancora i capelli.e va be .decido di tagliare a pari 3 cm senza rischiare troppo . Al lavaggio mi ha schizzato l'acqua in faccia e negli occhi e per finire in bellezza li dico di farmi le onde e mi fa i boccoli.il totale? 46 euro per un taglio a pari ed una piega diversa da quella che avrei voluto.mai piu Terrible. Per un taglio uomo, fanno due lavaggi con shampoo senza nemmeno chiedere al cliente se questo sia gradito o meno e ve li fanno pagare. Il taglio è scadente, applicano gel senza che venga richiesto, vi fanno uscire dal locale con i capelli bagnati. La cosa più ridicola è la dirigente del negozio che parla, parla, parla per ubriacare i clienti e poi chiedergli un costo di €27 che, per un taglio di capelli da uomo (tra l'altro anche scadente), è una cifra RIDICOLARMENTE ALTA!
