Tardano a rispondere anche dopo essere stati più volte sollecitati. Soprattutto negli ultimi anni le piastrelle kerlite in gres porcellanato contengono componenti di bassa qualità, ne è la prova che anche oggetti di peso leggero che cadono accidentalmente, possono scalfire il pavimento. Ciò che è accaduto a me personalmente. Sconsiglio l'acquisto, meglio il parquet di legno o altro materiale maggiormente resistente! Blutech bianco perlato prodotto che da voci di capitolato dovrebbe essere inassorbente e antimacchia. Dopo la posa abbiamo scoperto tante macchie di scarpe, martello in gomma,ginocchiere e matita che non vanno via nonostante il sopralluogo dell'agente di zona che dopo ore di tentativi continua ad insistere con prodotti acidi ma senza ottenere il risultato sperato. Le macchie sono diminuite di intensità ma sono sempre presenti. Prego l'Azienda di contattarmi per risolvere al più presto con personale tecnico qualificato. Fabio F.
