★ ★ ★ ★ ★ purtroppo il prodotto acquistato( box doccia Vanita docce) secondo il rivendotore aveva servizio clienti interno quindi non ho avuto assistenza dal loro ne dal marchio. dopo insistenti richieste mi si è proposto intervento a pagamento che non è stato risolutivo per difetto di fabbrica che la ditta Vanita docce non ha voluto verificare dando la responsabilità al negozio Cosmo srl che non ha risolto. dopo 3 mesi e il box doccia non installato ho dovuto risolvere da solo pagando una terza parte che stampasse in 3d le parti mancanti e acquistando la giarnizione a parte. davvero una brutta esperienza mi dispiace per cosmo ma finché propone questo marchio non sarà mai affidabile.
unfortunately the product purchased (shower box Vanita showers) according to the retailer had internal customer service so I did not get assistance from them or from the brand. after insistent requests, a payment intervention was proposed which was not resolved due to a manufacturing defect that the company Vanita showers did not want to verify by giving responsibility to the Cosmo srl store which it did not resolve. after 3 months and the not installed shower box I had to solve by myself paying a third party that printed the missing parts in 3D and bought the part separately. really a bad experience I am sorry for cosmo but as long as it proposes this brand it will never be reliable.
