I was passing by, for work and I made a supply of mozzarella, tattered, knots and braids. All very fresh just out of the laboratory. Excellent products.

Disponibilità fuori dal comune e prodotti davvero al top. Bellissima la nuova struttura, con laboratorio a vista. UNO SPETTACOLO! SUPER CONSIGLIATO!
I can only give 5 stars! For years, when I find myself passing through Molise, the stop here is mandatory (I live in the province of Rome). Out of the ordinary availability and truly top products. The new structure is beautiful, with an open laboratory. A SHOW! SUPER RECOMMENDED!

Optimal! Passed by chance, traveling around Molise in a camper, we were lucky enough to come across this dairy where we found fresh, quality products as well as (and not cheap) the courtesy and helpfulness of the lady. 100% recommended.
