Questo caseificio osserva una importante tradizione locale in occasione dela festività principale del capoluogo molisano: Corpus Domini. In occasione, infatti, della sfilata dei cd. Misteri, è usanza, inveterata da tempo, che il Mistero con i diavoli si fermi innnanzi al caseificio, che consegna ai suddetti diavoli un caciocavallo, che verrà appeso sul carro tra i medesimi personaggi in costume. Da ricordare che il caciocavallo ha altresì una valenza simbolica presente nelle icone religiose raffiguranti i pellegrini, che unitamente alla conchiglia (capasanta) fissata sul mantello, venivano raffigurati con il bastone da viandante su cui veniva appeso il caciocavallo, simbolo di risorsa agropastorale indispensabile, semplice ma ricchissimo di nutrienti e calorie. Un diamante incastonato nel centro città, con buona visione del castello Monforte e della parte storica della città. Punti a grande valore aggiunto sicuramente la qualità del prodotto fresco ; scamorza, bocconcini, nodini, trecce e treccione rigorosamente lavorati a mano, davvero speciali. Ricordo anche che il loro caciocavallo è una icona campobassana. Il locale vendita è molto curato e con sapore retrò, molto bello. Nel rispetto della evoluzione generazionale, padre e figlio al timone, da una parte l'esperienza e la grande simpatia, dall'altra l'educazione esemplare e lo spirito di innovazione...squadra vincente. Non mancano sorrisi sinceri e cordiali attenzioni. Appena avete qualche minuto non fatevi mancare gli aneddoti del papà, fanno tanto bottega d'un tempo e trascorrerete bei momenti.
