Consiglio a tutti di rivolgersi altrove. Company to avoid: telephone and email reminders for 3 years now and despite defective goods they never deigned to answer, even if only for education. Servizio clienti INESISTENTE. Non è affatto modo di trattare i clienti. A breve ultimeremo un’altra casa con gli infissi, ovviamente non acquisteremo mai più da questa azienda, MAI più. For MORE THAN A YEAR I have been waiting for the replacement hinges of the very expensive fixtures paid for immediately (and installed months later than expected), after countless reminders and promises never kept. NO customer service. It is not a way to treat customers at all. We will shortly finish another house with the fixtures, obviously we will never buy from this company again, NEVER again.
