★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata letteralmente lasciata in tredici dopo 3 giorni in cui chiedevo informazioni per un appartamento che avrei dovuto occupare in brevissimo tempo. Con la scusa che il signore in questione aspettasse la risposta dall'inquilino per poter effettuare un sopralluogo non sono stata più ricontattata per ricevere qualsiasi tipologia di risposta o essere avvisata in merito. Non mi hanno nemmeno più risposto al telefono. Mi dispiace ma non ci si comporta assolutamente in questo modo con dei clienti. Incompetenza al massimo.
I was literally left thirteen after 3 days asking for information for an apartment that I should have occupied in a very short time. With the excuse that the gentleman in question was waiting for the response from the tenant to be able to carry out an inspection, I was no longer contacted to receive any type of response or be notified about it. They never even answered the phone again. I'm sorry, but this is absolutely not the way you deal with customers. Incompetence to the max.
