★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi gli darei zero! Purtroppo avrei dovuto dare retta alle recensioni negative invece di fidarmi di questi lestofanti. Mi sono impegnata con loro lasciando un deposito, ma non si sono degnati di farsi vivi per piu di due settimane e invece di chiedere scusa per il disagio causato, il titolare con aria molto strafottente e rilassata mi risponde che era andato in ferie. Una persona seria che sa fare il proprio lavoro avrebbe alzato il telefono e mi avrebbe avvertita quanto prima invece di tenermi ancorata a questa suddetta agenzia e bloccata per tutto questo tempo nelle ricerche di una casa. So che dopo questa recensione continueranno a fare male il loro lavoro indisturbati, ma spero servirà per mettere in guardia altre persone.
If I could I would give it zero! Unfortunately I should have listened to the negative reviews instead of trusting these crooks. I made a commitment to them by leaving a deposit, but they did not deign to show up for more than two weeks and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience caused, the owner with a very arrogant and relaxed air replies that he had gone on vacation. A serious person who knows how to do their job would have picked up the phone and warned me as soon as possible instead of keeping me anchored to this aforementioned agency and blocked all this time searching for a house. I know that after this review they will continue to do their jobs badly undisturbed, but I hope it will serve to warn other people.
