Passare comunque dalla cantina sociale di Broni e mai dal centro. Beautiful company surrounded by greenery, just be careful, let the owner show you the right way and do not follow the navigator, a bit at the limit with a 11 tractor in the final stretch .. Vi consigliamo i vini frutto della passione e della competenza della famiglia Fabbri che gestisce le proprie vigne a Vallescuropasso presso la Corte Fabbri. Un ambiente accogliente e caldo. I vini, oltre ad essere molto gradevoli, hanno nomi evocativi che ricordano i componenti della famiglia Fabbri. Un’esperienza che consigliamo a tutti. Declinata nella sua essenza migliore a mio avviso) e il Buttafuoco. Un bel pomeriggio passato ad ascoltare la storia dei vigneti, del territorio e delle lavorazioni che hanno portato alle creazioni del 2021/2022. Avanti così! Con un gruppo di amici, ci siamo fatti guidare dall'enologo Marco che ci ha incantato con le sue competenze e che ci ha fatto riscoprire la forza dei vini dell'Oltrepó. I vini poi sono davvero buoni , abbiamo acquistato varie bottiglie che abbiamo apprezzato anche a casa. Suggeriamo fortemente una visita , passerete del tempo amichevole, che concilia con il buon vivere ?
