La struttura ricettiva si trova nel centro storico, a poca distanza dalla Chiesa Madre ed utilizza un antico palazzo restaurato con attenzione, rispetto e buon gusto. Sono stato ospite di questa struttura in occasione di una cena tra amici e devo dire di essere stato coccolato e viziato a dovere ? Ottimo il cibo, il vino (che a Manduria dovrebbe essere d'obbligo) ed il servizio. Davvero soddisfatto! Beautiful! Truly an oasis of relaxation and pampering in Manduria. The accommodation is located in the historic center, a short distance from the Mother Church and uses an ancient building restored with attention, respect and good taste. I was a guest of this structure for a dinner with friends and I must say that I was pampered and spoiled properly ? Excellent food, wine (which in Manduria should be a must) and service. Really satisfied!

Sinceramente avevo scelto quella portata proprio x le fave e cicorie, in quando stanca di mangiare, in quei g di ferie grigliate, desideravo un po di legumi e verdure, ma purtroppo come mi hanno fatto notare, la carne era l'alimento principale della portata ☹️ niente dieta mediterranea ☹️ Refined evening on a suggestive terrace, interesting dinner, especially in the end for the dessert. The only drawback for me is the plate of grilled sausage on a bed of broad beans ... Honestly I had chosen that course just for broad beans and chicory, when tired of eating, in those g of grilled holidays, I wanted some legumes and vegetables, but unfortunately, as they pointed out to me, meat was the main food of the course ☹️ no Mediterranean diet ☹️

La professionalità salta subito all'occhio poi la cuoca con i suoi piatti ha fatto centro al nostro palato e ai nostro occhi. Tutto molto buono, ben preparato e ben presentato. Siamo usciti raggianti! Grazie e a presto. We had dinner last week and it was a nice evening. This beautiful sober and elegant hotel terrace welcomes guests. The professionalism immediately catches the eye then the cook with her dishes hit the center of our palate and our eyes. All very good, well prepared and well presented. We came out radiant! Carpark is difficult to find at first but convenient once located. Recommend taking a car which is as small as possible for narrow streets
