★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During our brief trip to Sicily, me and my wife travelled to Palazzolo Acreide, where we had breakfast and lunch at Corsino. The granitas are delicious, especially when dipping sweet brioches into them (something I never tried with granita before and I was pleasantly surprised). But to top that, the arancini were fantastically delicious. I tried arancini in several other places, but they were clearly and by far the best I've had in Sicily. My favourite one was a local Corsini recipe with pumpkin and smoked cheese, closely followed by the salsiccia one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Divine gluten free cannoli. We came back for more and we weren't disappointed. Delicious gluten free arancini and assorted mini cornetti. Worth every bit of our 20min drive to reach the pasticceria. The staff was also very courteous and knowledgeable about the risks of cross contamination which together with the separate kitchen for gluten free items had us feeling very safe and reassured. Our waitress Rosi in particular was most attentive.
