T	Tiziana Lombardo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sgarbati e maleducati. Lo ricordavo come il peggior bar di Palazzolo, ed è rimasto tale. Turisti cari, non andate, che anche il più piccolo locale è meglio di questo posto. Rude and rude. I remembered it as the worst bar in Palazzolo, and it has remained so. Dear tourists, don't go, that even the smallest venue is better than this place.

Abbiamo ignorato questo signore pensando che non si riferisse a noi.. arrivati alla cassa abbiamo chiesto quanto pagavamo.. il proprietario ha risposto praticamente urlando in modo molto scortese.. ha continuato a urlare senza motivo e a comportarsi da gran maleducato.. si è giustificato dicendo che era una serata con troppi clienti e per questo erano "nervosi". Se vi trovate a palazzolo non entrate assolutamente in questo bar! Vergognoso.. Upon entering the bar we were greeted by a very kind "and what do you want here?" Said in Sicilian. We ignored this gentleman thinking that he was not referring to us .. when we got to the cash desk we asked how much we were paying .. the owner replied practically screaming very rudely .. he continued to scream for no reason and to behave like a rude man .. it was justified saying that it was an evening with too many customers and because of this they were "nervous". If you are in Palazzolo, don't go into this bar at all! Shameful..
G	Giovanni Gambino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se si poteva mettere 0 stelle lo mettevo, location orribile ti dà l'aria di tristezza e la cosa peggiore sono le commesse che si seccano a fare tutto, non sono competenti e molto scortesi. Appena entri ti rattristisci subito e i proprietari e le commesse non ti salutano e nessuno ti fa un sorriso e sembrano obbligati a fare il proprio lavoro. Non vi dico la tavola calda schifosa che hanno... Pizzette con un aspetto orribile e per sfortuna mia ho preso una pasta di mandorle più dura della pietra, la peggiore che abbia mai assaggiato. Posto buono solo per andare in bagno. If you could put 0 stars I would put it, horrible location gives you an air of sadness and the worst thing is the salesmen who get annoyed to do everything, they are not competent and very rude. As soon as you enter you are immediately saddened and the owners and the shop assistants do not greet you and no one gives you a smile and they seem obliged to do their job. I don't tell you the lousy diner they have ... Pizzas with a horrible appearance and unfortunately for me I got an almond paste harder than stone, the worst I've ever tasted. Good place just to go to the bathroom.
M	Martina R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La signora (probabilmente proprietaria) gentilissima. Abbiamo fatto aperitivo e ci hanno portato diversi stuzzichini, anche caldi.. Alla fine la signora ci ha offerto anche dei biscotti di mandorla fatti artigianalmente, sono siciliana quindi ne ho mangiati tanti ma posso dire che erano davvero squisiti. Prezzi più che onesti davvero! Lo consiglio a tutti. The lady (probably owner) very kind. We had an aperitif and they brought us several appetizers, even hot ones .. In the end the lady also offered us some handmade almond biscuits, I am Sicilian so I ate many but I can say that they were really delicious. Prices more than honest indeed! I recommend it to everybody.

Ordinary place ..... nice location in the square with place outside too. Staff polite and very friendly with customers. Table service ..... great.
