★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Corriere pessimo un pacchetto che doveva essere consegnato il 18 fino al 21 niente. Il numero sul sito è inesistente Milano mi ha dato il numero di Napoli, dopo vari tentativi mi hanno risposto dicendomi che consegnavano di pomeriggio. FALSO!! ho riprovato a telefonare non risponde più nessuno. OCCHIO ?Ma poi chi sono? SGT?
 Bad courier a package that had to be delivered on the 18th until the 21st nothing. E' da una settimana che aspetto il ritiro del pacco, già pagato (€ 26,00) sul sito spedirecomodo.it, niente da fare, dicono ogni volta che sono passati e non hanno trovato nessuno. BUGIARDI!!!! LADRI!!!!! E' una settimana che sono barricato in casa ad aspettare.
Assistenza nulla, leggono le mail e se ne fott... nessuna risposta.
Contattarli al telefono è praticamente impossibile o è occupato oppure ti attaccano il telefono in faccia!!!!
Evitate questo corriere mi è capitato già con tre spedizioni!
Adesso basta!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Corriere Pessimo. Pacco in giacenza in sede a Caserta per 2 settimane prima di essere consegnato. Assistenza ZERO. Al telefono non rispondono mai. Ma poi mi domando ma le aziende che affidano a loro la consegna non vi documentate? Maaahhhh
Bad courier. Parcel in storage in Caserta for 2 weeks before being delivered. ZERO assistance. They never answer the phone. But then I wonder but the companies that entrust the delivery to them do not document yourselves? Maaahhhh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ricevuto già due ordini con questa spedizione. con il primo ordine ho avuto dei problemi perché dicevano che non trovavano la strada di casa mia, con il venditore ho provveduto a scrivergli passo per passo dall'uscita dell'autostrada. il secondo ordine appena accorta che era la Sogetras ho subito chiesto al venditore di inviargli le indicazioni, in un solo giorno il pacco era a casa mia.
Devo dire che mi sono trovata abbastanza bene, mi aspettavo il peggio leggendo le recensioni.
I have already received two orders with this shipment. with the first order I had problems because they said they couldn't find their way home, with the seller I proceeded to write to them step by step from the motorway exit. the second order just noticed that it was Sogetras I immediately asked the seller to send him the indications, in a single day the package was at my house.
I must say that I found myself quite well, expecting the worst from reading the reviews.

Ma chiudete e lasciato posto a persone che vogliono lavorare.. mi dispiace per Wind Infostrada che si avvale di voi per consegnare questi schifosi modem fibra che non arrivano e i clienti rimangono senza linea. La filiale di Milano fa ancora più schifo perché non risponde mai aspettando dopo 4 minuti di chiamata al telefono e poi ti staccano la chiamata.
Wind Infostrada cambia corriere altrimenti noi cambiamo proprio gestore!!
You suck really .. and you are a company? But shut down and leave room for people who want to work .. I'm sorry for Wind Infostrada who uses you to deliver these lousy fiber modems that don't arrive and customers are left without a line. The Milan branch is even more disgusting because it never answers waiting after 4 minutes of calling on the phone and then you take off the call.
Wind Infostrada changes courier otherwise we change their manager !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella è fin troppo. Mai visto un servizio del genere. Corriere irreperibile, l'unico numero è quello della sede di Milano e non rispondono mai, ci sono soltanto interminabili attese.
Ritardo nella consegna di quasi 10 giorni, non ostante siano state fornite tutte le informazioni necessarie, compreso il numero di telefono, che un corriere di solito dovrebbe contattare in caso di problemi. Davvero pessimi.
Ps dopo essere riuscita a parlare col centralino di Milano mi hanno chiuso il telefono in faccia dicendo che loro non potevano fare niente è che doveva provvedere la wind. Assurdo.
One star is too much. Never seen such a service. Untraceable courier, the only number is that of the Milan office and they never answer, there are only interminable waits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno cambiato il CAP di consegna del mio pacco che dovevo ricevere stamattina. Ora aspetto il corriere e nel frattempo sto chiamando la sede di Milano visto che non c'è un numero per la filiale che opera su Caserta! Putroppo squilla a vuoto anche la sede di Milano.
Edit: sono riuscito a mettermi in contatto con la filiale, mi è stato detto di aspettare vedremo..
They changed the delivery zip code of my package that I was supposed to receive this morning. Now I am waiting for the courier and in the meantime I am calling the Milan office as there is no number for the branch that operates in Caserta! Unfortunately, the Milan office is also ringing empty.
Edit: I managed to get in touch with the branch, I was told to wait we'll see ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ricevuto una spedizione per un acquisto su Amazon dalla ditta Sogetras. Devo dire che hanno effettuato il servizio secondo i tempi stabiliti e in maniera cortese. Unica cosa che ho notato è l'impossibilità del tracciamento della spedizione, ragion per cui avevo iniziato a dubitare del buon esito della consegna. Tuttavia il pacco mi è stato consegnato in perfette condizioni e puntuale. Per la mia esperienza devo dire che hanno operato bene, malgrado delle perplessità mi avevano pervasa leggendo recensioni precedenti.
I received a shipment for a purchase on Amazon from the Sogetras company. I must say that they carried out the service on time and in a courteous manner. The only thing I noticed is the impossibility of tracking the shipment, which is why I had started to doubt the success of the delivery. However the package was delivered to me in perfect condition and on time. From my experience I have to say that they worked well, despite the perplexities they had pervaded me by reading previous reviews.
