★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo venditore. Acquistato alimentatore vtac, bruciato dopo solo 3 giorni. Richiesto il reinvio a mie spese . Ho risolto buttando tutto nel cestino. Per fortuna che l'acquisto era di poco conto. Personale che risponde al telefono molto scortese. A mai più.
Bad seller. Purchased vtac feeder, burned after only 3 days. Requested resending at my expense. I solved it by throwing it all into the trash. Fortunately, the purchase was of little consequence. Staff who answer the phone very rude. To never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessima esperienza mi hanno mandato un pacco arrivato semi-distrutto,,, rimando la merce indietro a mie spese con un imballo 10 volte migliore rispetto a quello che mi hanno mandato loro,, e mi dicono che non mi fanno il rimborso perchè non gli ho rimandato indietro la merce nel loro imballo originale (che tra l altro era anonimo non aveva nulla di particolare), per il momento sto aspettando un rimborso di 160 euro che non mi vogliono fare (ma che sicuramente avro perchè effettuero una denuncia dai carabinieri qual' ora non mi arrivassero) e inoltre ho speso piu di 20 euro per rimandare indietro la merce (cosa che altri siti se ne occupano loro senza farti pagare), ATTENZIONE quindi da chi comprate leggete anche altre recensioni simili lette su questo negozio

Ho contattato il servizio clienti per segnalarlo e loro hanno proceduto immediatamente al rimborso della lampadina rotta. Sono rimasto molto piacevolmente colpito dalla celerita' con cui il problema e' stato gestito e dalla professionalita' del loro servizio clienti. Assolutamente consigliato!
Online shop with impeccable customer service --- I bought some bulbs from their online shop at an affordable price, unfortunately one of them broke in the courier transport. I contacted customer service to report it and they immediately refunded the broken bulb. I was very pleasantly impressed with the speed with which the problem was handled and the professionalism of their customer service. Absolutely recommended!
