I pregi sono che è una palestra piccola e quindi più gestibile e vivibile, pulita (cosa assolutamente non da poco), con un'offerta di corsi varia e abbondante e attrezzi e macchine più o meno sempre nuove e se guaste, vengono aggiustate molto in fretta. Inoltre molti istruttori sono molto preparati anche su più fronti. Il riscaldamento sembra stato essere sistemato. Ora le offerte sembra che vengano spiegate con un utile e completo foglietto informativo, quindi niente più perdita accidentale di informazioni. Sembra anche che adesso si possa sentire la musica senza pubblicità, ottimo. Due anni fa la palestra era dotata di area wellness con la possibilità di massaggi e sauna, sauna che per altro era compresa nella quota mensile, e anche per la quale io avevo scelto questa palestra. Senza avvisare o chiedere il parere della clientela è stato deciso di eliminare la sauna per allargare la sala (a beneficio unicamente dei pomeridiani perchè alla mattina c'è sempre stato molto spazio. È stato risolto il problema del calcare nelle docce ottimo. Per quanto riguarda gli istruttori, del mio sono molto soddisfatto, disponibile e preparato, ho visto altri istruttori sempre molto preparati (che è evidente che si aggiornano dal punto di vista professionale), altri non mi sembrano allo stesso livello qualitativo con istruttori che "spettegolano" e non segnalano minimamente esercizi svolti chiaramente male. Non mi esprimo e non valuto il fattore simpatia, sicuramente troppo soggettivo. Review always updated. X	Xhulia Gjika on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi sento di dare 5 stelle semplicemente perché è una normalissima palestra, piccolina, anche se ben attrezzata, situata poco fuori dal centro. Un punteggio più alto però lo conferisco a tutto lo staff. La segreteria accoglie in modo molto professionale e di questi tempi (covid19) seguono tutte le precauzioni necessarie: viene rilevata la temperatura all'entrata, nei camerini è possibile entrare a 5 alla volta e gli attrezzi vengono sempre sanificati. Devo inoltre riconoscere la competenza di uno dei personal trainer con i quali ho avuto piacere di allenarmi ieri sera, Umberto. Grazie!
