Personale di ottima professionalità soprattutto il titolare, che sa darti i consigli del caso, ma lasciando poi la scelta finale in mano al cliente.

Ho lasciato loro due tele da incorniciare, dopo avermi illustrato i prodotti, ne scelgo uno e mi danno un prezzo approssimativo così a voce. Dopo averli richiamati per chiedere un preventivo in modo tale da non avere sorprese successivamente (avevano già aumentato il prezzo detto inizialmente), si sono rifiutati di mandarmelo, pretendevano di eseguire l'ordine e mandarmi quello. Sconsigliati, poca professionalità e trasparenza
Unfortunately totally negative experience even without having purchased anything. I left them two canvases to frame, after having illustrated the products, I choose one and they give me an approximate price so verbally. After calling them back to ask for a quote so as not to have any surprises later (they had already increased the price initially said), they refused to send it to me, they claimed to execute the order and send me that. Not recommended, little professionalism and transparency
