Mi hanno risposto dopo svariati giorni, oggi mi reco al negozio trovando poca attenzione verso il cliente, cambio l' oggetto dove mi viene specificato che posso farlo solo con un articolo "natalizio" inoltre durante il cambio non mi viene chiesto se voglio una confezione ... ultima beffa dopo aver preso un articolo con un importo maggiore e pagato la differenza mi vengono tolte le batterie ( cosa che scopro solo a casa ). Purtroppo la mia esperienza non è stata positivissima. I probably had a "busy" day, asking for a change for a wedding gift that didn't match my decor. They replied after several days, today I go to the shop finding little attention to the customer, I change the object where I am specified that I can only do it with a "Christmas" item. Also during the change I am not asked if I want a package. .. last joke after taking an item with a higher amount and paying the difference, the batteries are removed (which I only discover at home). Unfortunately my experience was not very positive.
