Cosa improbabile e poco credibile. Ma sto cercando di contattarli insistentemente dalle 9 e ora sono le 11! Tenendomi in attesa e chiudendo la chiamata ogni 20 minuti. Nel mentre li ho anche contattati su whatsapp e Facebook! Nessuna risposta o spiegazione. Bad service. Not only the driver did not show up at all and then declared that he had not found anyone at home twice. Unlikely and not very credible. L'impatto è stato quello che poi mi aspettavo di trovare una buona organizzazione nonostante il caos di questi posti. Il pacco è stato immediatamente trovato e consegnato nelle mie mani. Il personale mi è parso alla mano e disponibile. Nulla da eccepire. Puntualmente quando la consegna è effettuata da Gls, l'autista non si presenta dichiarando poi di non aver trovato l'indirizzo o nessuno in casa. Cosa improbabile e poco credibile. Andando poi in sede non risolvi nulla in quanto non sanno dirti dove si trova il pacco in quel momento e se arriverà a destinazione ma la risposta che ti danno é faccia una segnalazione che licenziano il corriere.... S	Simona Porro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gls i peggiori corrieri della storia e al telefono ci sono le persone più incompetenti e maleducate che esistano!!! Si dovrebbe vergognare la signora angela del servizio clienti! Io ho chiamato per avere informazioni sulla spedizione in quanto il corriere è venuto per la consegna ma non ah suonato al citofono, ha incontrato quancuno giu al portone che gli ha detto che non sapeva nulla del pacco ed è andato via. Spiegata questa cosa la signora angela ha chiuso la chiamata 3 volte(non so la ragione) e alla 4 ha cominciato a urlare al telefono per poi chiudere. Una vergogna! Siete vergognosi! Per favore non spedite più con gls che poi devo averci a che fare io!!!

Il primo pomeriggio non l’hanno consegnato perché erano le 17 e 12 e quindi fuori dal loro rang lavorativo.il secondo pomeriggio dicono di non aver trovato nessuno, il terzo pomeriggio attendo come un salame e scopro alle 18 che non avrebbe fatto la consegna. Il quarto pomeriggio il call senter mi assicura la consegna entro le 19 ed come un cretino aspetto alle 20 scopro dal sito che se volevo il pacco dovevo andarmelo a ritirare diretta a Corato. Pacco già pagato ?????? My first experience with you Gls was completely NEGATIVE. I waited four afternoons for the delivery of a purchase for my wife. Attendo pazientemente con la musichetta, nel momento in cui squilla pensando fosse arrivato finalmente il mio turno, ecco che reinseriscono la musichetta, con decine di interminabili minuti di attesa. Ho provato ad inviare un messaggio WhatsApp per prenotare un ritiro in porto assegnato, ma nulla, nessuna risposta. NON È POSSIBILE.

Venendo a conoscenza che il corriere nonostante non abbia mai suonato al mio recapito inseriva orari a suo piacimento nel database dell'azienda. La risposta del servizio clienti è stata quella di procedere ad un nuovo ordine di ritiro dalla ghd. Ad oggi attendo ancora il ritiro del mio pacco dopo due settimane. "and I can't help you." This was custom care's answer to our problem. For three days I have been waiting for a package to be picked up.
