La cucina offre ottimi piatti, tutto rigorosamente con specialità di mare. Il menù presenta una scelta limitata basandosi sul pescato del giorno, tutto Freschissimo e a chilometro zero. Mi sono fatto consigliare dal gentilissimo Dante, il padrone di casa, con il quale abbiamo parlato di come ha impostato il locale e il menù... Lo consiglio sicuramente. La location è davvero carina, con una una bella veduta sul mare. Ottimo per cene intime. Ma andiamo al menù. Pochi i piatti proposti, sinonimo di qualità e freschezza dei prodotti. Io ho provato i tortelli cacio e pepe, cozze lime. Purtroppo non ha incontrato i miei gusti. Sono un amante della cacio e pepe, ma qui non ho incontrato la novità e la forza del piatto. I tortelli erano un po' duri e tagliati troppo spesso. Il mio consiglio è di tagliarli più piccoli, in modo da dare risalto al sapore. Come secondo il polpo croccante. Nulla dire sulla freschezza della materia prima, ma il piatto era un po' spento, forse mancava un pizzico di sale in più. Un plauso a questi giovani ragazzi che stanno tentando di cambiare il concetto di cucina. Consiglio di andare avanti, accettando le critiche costruttive e i consigli di tutti i clienti. Ci vediamo tra un anno, perché voglio vedere i miglioramenti.
