La struttura è pulita e situata in una posizione strategica..vicino a tutti i servizi e al mare 40mt..e dalle spiagge,località più belle di quel tratto del salento.inoltre vorrei sottolineare la grande gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario. I was a holiday in July 2018 with my family I found myself very well. The facility is clean and located in a strategic position .. close to all services and the sea 40mt..e from the beaches, the most beautiful locations of that stretch of the salento.inoltre I would like to underline the great kindness and availability of the owner.

E	Emanuela Di Martino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si tratta di una soluzione di 5 mini appartamenti ad un piano primo di una palazzina di recente costruzione. Gli appartamenti sono nuovi, puliti e con tutto quello che serve, compresi aria condizionata e lavatrice. La posizione è strategica perchè si trovano proprio all'inizio della zona centrale con bar, ristoranti, giostre...che la sera viene transennata e diventa pedonale. Spesso vengono allestite anche le bancarelle così si può passeggiare e godersi il mercatino. Unica nota dolente...essendo così centrale difficilmente si trova parcheggio, soprattutto se si esce a fare un giro in macchina per visitare le zone lemitrofe la sera...al rientro bisognerà parcheggiare lontano. Anche il rumore notturno è tanto e continuo per cui non si possono tenere le finestre aperte...traffico, musica ad alto volume fino a tardi ed al mattino presto passa in camion degli spurghi (non esistono le fogne) ed i camion della raccolta differenziata. Tutto questo si limita molto tenendo le finestre chiuse perchè per fortuna gli infissi sono nuovi e l'appartamento è ben coibentato ed insonorizzato. Alla partenza il proprietario viene a vedere l'appartamento e c'è da pagare a parte la corrente elettrica...Noi in 4 con due bambine piccole ci siamo trovati bene. Lo consiglio. It is a solution of 5 mini apartments at first floor of a newly built building. The apartments are new, clean and with everything you need, including air conditioning and washing machine. The location is strategic because it is located right at the beginning of the central area with bars, restaurants, rides ... the evening is cordoned off and becomes a pedestrian. They are often also set up stalls so you can walk and enjoy the market. The only sore point ... being so central it is difficult to find a parking space, especially if you go out for a drive to visit the lemitrofe areas in the evening ... when you get back, you'll have to park far away. Even the night noise is so continuous that you cannot keep the windows open ... traffic, loud music until late and early in the morning pass by the sewage truck (there are no sewers) and separate collection trucks . All this greatly limits keeping the windows closed because fortunately the fixtures are new and the apartment is well insulated and soundproofed. At the start, the owner comes to see the apartment and there is to be paid separately electricity ... We in 4 with two small children we were fine. I advise.
