L'impasto è soffice ma sottile, per niente spugnoso o gommoso, né intriso d'olio. Frittura asciutta e leggera da digerire. Grandissimi e strapieni di freschissima mozzarella filante. La passata di pomodoro dolce e profumata. Insomma una vera bontà, da far perdere la testa ??? Sono disponibili decine di varietà di calzoni con ripieni abbondanti e gustosi. Assaggiate il calzone con mortadella e provolone. Nel banco frigo unica pecca mancava la Peroni. Pagamento in contanti.
