Avevo già stampato da loro una serie di portfolio, torno per fare ulteriori copie e al posto della gentilissima ragazza che mi aveva seguito la volta precedente (Barbara) trovo il proprietario che con fare cafone, arrogante e maleducato risponde in modo veloce alle mie richieste riguardo l'esportazione del file per la stampa e si rifiuta di stamparmi quanto richiesto (3 copie di un portfolio semplicissimo formato A4 rilegato con spirale metallica) dicendo che c'era troppo poco tempo. Sono andato di mercoledì mattina e mi serviva per il lunedì seguente, ma evidentemente il problema non era il tempo, o almeno spero sennò vuol dire che c'è un problema ancora più serio. La cosa si conclude con il proprietario della stamperia che mi dice di parlargli solo dandogli del Lei e di non andare più lì. Non aggiungo altro, se non che avrei messo zero stelle alla recensione e lo segnalerei ulteriormente. Mi fa molto specie che il proprietario di un attività commerciale sia il primo ad allontanare i clienti al posto di farsi garante di una costumer experience e costumer care di livello. Poco tempo fa ho commissionato la stampa di alcuni papiri di laurea, giunto a ritirarli mi si presenta un conto di 30 euro, specificando subito dopo se vuole lo scontrino 36.
