Servizio pessimo, comportamento che sembra che loro stiano facendo un favore a te, oltrettutto me l'hanno stampata sbagliata perché l'avevo chiesta espressamente solo fronte e invece mi è stata consegnata fronte retro. Nonostante l'aver precisato l'errore nessuno si è offerto di rifarmela corretta come avevo richiesto.
 Don't go to print your thesis in this place. Bad service, behavior that seems to be doing you a favor, plus they printed it wrong because I specifically asked for it front only and instead it was delivered front and back. Despite having pointed out the mistake, no one offered to make it right again as I requested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non consigliato per rilegare tesi. Mi hanno detto che la tipologia di rilegatura che io volevo non andava bene quindi ho dovuto sceglierne un’altra. Dopo essermi informata altrove e aver avuto conferma che ciò che volevo io si potesse in realtà fare, ho chiamato per chiedere di modificare e mi è stato risposto che effettivamente la tipologia di rilegatura da me voluta si poteva fare ma loro non ce l’avevano disponibile. Quando l’obiettivo è solamente quello di guadagnare e non di soddisfare le richieste dei clienti è inevitabile poi perderli.
Not recommended for thesis binding. They told me that the type of binding I wanted wasn't right so I had to choose another one. After inquiring elsewhere and having confirmed that what I wanted could actually be done, I called to ask to change and was told that the type of binding I wanted could actually be done but they didn't have it available. . When the goal is only to make money and not to satisfy customer requests, it is inevitable to lose them.
