Premetto che non sono solito fare recensioni "diffamatorie". Ma dovevo solo ordinare un timbro per marchiare alcuni taglieri di legno.
All'inizio ha riscontrato competenza, persone alla mano e professionalità.
Confermo l'ordine che doveva essere a parole svolto in tempi brevissimi (3/4 giorni), invece il pacco è stato consegnato 12 giorni dopo.
Apro il pacco e comincio a scaldare il timbro ed a pressarlo sui primi taglieri. Noto subito dopo il primo che alcuni caratteri non erano visibili perché rovinati, inoltre dopo due timbrature cominciava tutto a " traballare". Chiamo subito e faccio presente, mando mail con foto, professionalmente e cordialmente (i signori erano stupiti), mi è stato fatto mandare indietro il timbro.
Dopo qualche settimana arriva il corriere con il famigerato timbro convinto che tutto fosse risolto. Il problema dei caratteri è stato risolto (il timbro è stato rifatto), ma il manico che loro chiamano "speciale" (composto da manico in legno con barra filettata e asta in simil ottone) è imbarazzante!! Il tempo di fare 5 marchiature e si stacca o dalla parte del manico o dalla parte del timbro!! Ho rischiato di ustionarmi quando di istinto ho provato ad afferlarlo quando si è staccato.
Non consiglio sicuramente questo timbro, anche perché il cosiddetto "manico speciale" (pezzo di barra filettata, manico, e tondino di simil ottone) lo fanno pagare 27€+iva, che sommato al costo del timbro il totale ivato è di 200€! Che andrebbero comunque bene per un prodotto di qualità!!!! Ma sicuramente non per questo e mi sono sentito preso in giro, perché dopo aver conunicato i problemi del manico, non hanno fatto altro che incollarlo e provare a rifilettare di più il timbro. Dovevano usare almeno una barra filettata più grossa e quindi più resistente.
Peccato perché all'apparenza mi sono sembrati in gamba
Manual stamp in focus .... A disaster !!
I state that I am not used to making "defamatory" reviews. But I just had to order a stamp to mark some wooden cutting boards.
At the beginning he found competence, people at hand and professionalism.
I confirm the order that had to be done in words in a very short time (3/4 days), instead the package was delivered 12 days later.
I open the pack and begin to heat the stamp and press it on the first cutting boards. Known immediately after the first that some characters were not visible because they were ruined, moreover after two stampings everything began to "wobble". I call immediately and I make this present, I send email with photos, professionally and cordially (the gentlemen were amazed), I was sent the stamp back.
After a few weeks the courier arrives with the notorious stamp convinced that everything was solved. The font problem has been solved (the stamp has been redone), but the handle they call "special" (made of wooden handle with threaded bar and brass-like rod) is embarrassing !! The time to do 5 markings and detaches either from the handle part or from the stamp part !! I risked getting burned when instinctively I tried to grab it when it came off.
I certainly do not recommend this stamp, also because the so-called "special handle" (piece of threaded bar, handle, and brass-like rod) make them pay € 27 + VAT, which added to the cost of the stamp the total amount is € 200! That would still be good for a quality product !!!! But surely not for this and I felt fooled, because after having communicated the problems of the handle, they did nothing but glue it and try to re-refine the stamp. They had to use at least one larger and therefore more resistant threaded rod.
Too bad because apparently they seemed smart
