He performed a large-scale restoration of my cello (19th century Italian), replacing the neck, fingerboard and scroll (the previous elements were not original and were problematic). His meticulous work and selection of materials created a well-balanced and beautiful result. The cello is now easier to play: more responsive and with greater tonal depth.
