★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho impiegato più di un'ora a correggere gli errori commessi dal personale: capitoli stampati sbagliati, pagine da stampare dimenticate, non rilegato e spillato con pagine al contrario e non in ordine. Al termine di tutto mi hanno venduto 10 capitoli allo stesso prezzo del libro per intero e nuovo, in più molte delle fotocopie erano strappate e in condizioni pessime. Il personale oltre ad essere incompetente è estremamente scortese
it took me over an hour to correct mistakes made by staff: wrong printed chapters, forgotten pages to print, not bound and stapled with pages upside down and out of order. At the end of it all they sold me 10 chapters for the same price as the whole new book, plus many of the photocopies were torn and in poor condition. Besides being incompetent, the staff are extremely rude
