★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost all of the printing services in Milan are closed over the weekend. This shop is easily found next to the Duomo and opens every day. Recommend to all tourists who need to print out some documents during their stay in Milan. Such a life saver!!

Stopped in here, although we are always on the lookout for great things experiences in Italy...and this place was a awesome.
Sadly, my luggage was full but I found very necessary tiny products. It’s turned out to be my favorite souvenir of my trip. Had I found this place sooner I would have bought several more as gifts. They also ship if you’re interested in that option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's open until 20:00 unlike others who closes by 19:00. Although it's expensive compared to other shops, The gentleman was quick in getting copies and spared 20 cents change, since I didn't have. It's not much, but appreciable gesture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to get passport-sized photographs for my Permesso di Soggiorno. The photographs needed to follow specific guidelines (found on the Questura website). I went to the shop, told the guy what I needed, specifically mentioning that I needed them for my Permesso. He took the pictures and gave me the hard copies. I gladly took them, hoping that these photographs were the correct dimension. As soon as I got home I checked the required dimensions on the Questura site again - the guy had taken them all wrong! My chin was way too close to the bottom of the picture while my forehead was way too far from the top. I immediately went back to the store, and he basically threw the coins in front of me in an extremely rude way (mind you, I had not even asked for a refund, I had just told him that the pictures were no good - I wasn't looking to pick a fight). He said that I knew nothing of what the Questura wanted and that he knew more than I did (as a matter of fact, I have been living in Milan for years now and know exactly what they wanted and needed; if one would come to their appointment unprepared, one should prepare for long waiitng times and even more bureaucratic hurdles to surpass). I just took the coins and left. Fair warning to all of you: do not come to this place. Rude people. No decency at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to print my notes for university and I didn’t check the price of each paper. My mistake, I should have. In Milan, the price for a printed black and white paper is around 0,05 cents anywhere, which is why I didn’t check.
The guy printed my notes and asked 11€ for 38 pages. You can imagine how suprised I was, anywhere else I would have paid 1,90 euros! I told him that his prices are ridiculous and his justification was that his shop is in Duomo. it’s not okay to scam people and tourists like this.
I’m not coming back to this place and as long as the owner doesn’t change its policies, I advise you to do the same.
