Vorremmo fare presente che: -la persona che ci è stata assegnata era molto cortese e paziente, non parlava e non capiva bene l’italiano avendo quindi difficoltà a adempiere bene ad uno dei suoi compiti che era appunto la socializzazione e il tenere mamma mentalmente occupata -le fatture emesse non sono deducibili come asserito nella presentazione. -Inqualificabile comportamento nel richiedere il pagamento dell’ultima fattura a fine rapporto, dopo il decesso di nostra madre, nonostante le precedenti fatture siano state sempre pagate regolarmente e nei tempi concordati. -Il pagamento dell’ultima fattura stava subendo dei ritardi dovuti al blocco del conto corrente, Ci preme sottolineare l’assoluta mancanza di tatto nel continuare a sollecitare il pagamento in un momento così grave come un lutto e malgrado avessimo detto di voler chiedere alla banca il pagamento immediato Assolutamente inqualificabili e sarà nostra cura non suggerire ad alcuno di rivolgersi alla Safe Hands. Purtroppo però la badante convivente inviata era assolutamente, a dir poco, inadeguata e già dopo meno di una settimana lo abbiamo comunicato chiedendo il cambio. Ma quando l'agenzia lo ha detto alla badante, lei ha avuto una reazione al di sopra delle righe con l'anziana, tanto che noi familiari siamo dovuti correre subito a casa sua e quella sera abbiamo dormito noi al posto suo. Abbiamo pertanto deciso di rescindere il contratto e.....in quella situazione ci hanno addebitato i costi di rescissione del contratto. Onestamente l'ho trovato molto inopportuno: non discuto il pagamento del servizio per quei pochi giorni ma per quanto riguarda la rescissione, essendo venuta meno la fiducia sulla serietàe professionalità, avrebbero fatto una figura migliore ammettendo lo sbaglio ed evitando di addebbitare il costo dopo averci fatto vivere una serata da incubo. But when the agency told the caregiver, she had an over-the-top reaction with the old woman, so much so that we family members had to run straight to her house and that night we slept in her place. We therefore decided to terminate the contract and ..... in that situation we were charged the costs of terminating the contract. Honestly, I found it very inappropriate: I do not discuss the payment of the service for those few days but as regards the termination, having lost the trust in the seriousness and professionalism, they would have made a better figure by admitting the mistake and avoiding charging the cost after having made live a nightmare night.
