★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una cosa che non farebbe piacere a nessuno, ritorno dopo 1 anno per il covid, e trovo lo scolapiatti e sopratutto mensola porta bicchieri, cosa allucinante con relata situazione imbarazzante, pieno di muffa verde seccata e bagnata dinuovo, nel fare luci per come mai, mi fu risposto che non compete a loro?! Non solo in quanto l operatrice lascio di sua volontà il posto di lavoro lasciandomi a fare il suo lavoro dove non essendo assistente O. S. S, Ma la mia domanda ee 1 per chi non ha parenti queste persone come le lasciano vivere?! 2 competenza e non competenza ma alla base non ci dovrebbe essere coscienza?! nell assistenza a questa bellissima fascia protetta "anziani"
Nelle mie domande c'era chi dovrebbe supervisionare l operato di queste persone?! che da signore voglio chiamare tali, vengono spedite a casa di questi anziani fascia indifesa e fanno ciò che vogliono?! Perché la risposta della signora Francesca fu "io sono il loro supervisore" e ditemi questo:quante volte ci siete venuta a vedere se le mansione siano state espletate correttamente? Risposta 3 volte in 1 anno?!?? Ci aggiunse che se vedeva mamma con le unghie pitturate ed i capelli fatti sta bene?! Assurdo situazione imbarazzante a mio dire
