Arrivo 10 minuti prima, mi presento alla reception dichiarando nome e dottore con cui ho appuntamento e che è la prima volta nello studio, mi dicono, ok aspetti fuori il dottore la chiamerà. Dopo oltre un ora di attesa e una decina di persone arrivate dopo di me e andate via, chiedo ad un dottore se ci sono problemi, allora salta fuori che non sono in lista... Ma quando sono arrivato e mi sono presentato non potevano verificare? Non posso giudicare il medico, visto che non ho fatto la visita, ma la struttura ... Lasciamo perdere, prima si dimenticano di registrare o passare l'appuntamento al dottore, poi non fanno controlli quando ti presenti, e se ti arrabbi sei pure maleducato. La chicca dello studio è l'illuminante presenza della receptionist Laura che con ingiustificata arroganza e una dose di classismo sinceramente preoccupante per una ragazza così giovane, insulta chiunque osi chiedere qualsiasi informazione, minacciando di denunce o di registrare telefonate e sbeffeggiando persone anche molto anziane e con evidenti problemi di salute che si trovano li non certo perché la bocciofila era chiusa, che amarezza! Medico inesistente mia madre a casa con covid e febbre alta da 6 gg, non si e' degnato di fare una chiamata x vedere come fosse la situazione. Ricette sbagliat, se non avessi usato le mie conoscenze i miei genitori non avrebero avuto la cura antibiotica.
