★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ci siamo rivolti a questa cooperativa con molta fiducia. Sapevamo che vi erano molte figure con professionalità diverse che lavoravano in equipe. Abbiamo spiegato la nostra problematica alla figura che ci ha accolto. Da lì avrebbero dovuto, attraverso il lavoro di equipe, passarsi le informazioni e seguire il mio bambino facendo un percorso diagnostico e poi un progetto per aiutarlo a sorpassare le sue criticità. Ogni volta che mi è capitato di incontrarmi con le varie figure ho dovuto ripetere tutto da capo perché il passaggio di informazioni per un motivo o per l'altro non è mai avvenuto in modo efficace. La diagnosi è stata focalizzata su aspetti che non toccavano le problematiche da noi segnalate. Le relazioni contenevano diversi errori.Fatta presente la cosa sono state corrette ma noi non le abbiamo ancora ricevute. Ci è stata ristampata l'unica relazione corretta. Ho chiamato per sapere se cosa era successo e se potevano spedirmi le relazioni e mi han detto che la collega presente in segreteria non sapeva cosa doveva darci e che non era possibile spedirci le copie a breve. Questi sono solo alcuni dei disguidi a noi capitati.
Consideando quello che abbiamo investito come tempo e pagato penso che sia stato il peggior investimento mai fatto su mio figlio. Mi dispiace molto.
we turned to this cooperative with great confidence. We knew that there were many figures with different professional skills who worked as a team. We explained our problem to the person who welcomed us. From there they would have to pass the information through the team work and follow my child by taking a diagnostic path and then a project to help him overcome his problems. Every time I happened to meet with the various figures I had to repeat all over again because the passage of information for one reason or another has never happened effectively. The diagnosis was focused on aspects that did not affect the problems we reported. The reports contained several errors. Please note this was correct but we have not yet received them. The only correct report has been reprinted. I called to find out what had happened and if they could send me the reports and they told me that the colleague in the secretariat didn't know what to give us and that it was not possible to send us copies shortly. These are just some of the mistakes that occurred to us.
Considering what we invested as time and paid I think it was the worst investment ever made on my son. I'm so sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci rivolgiamo già da 2 anni a questo centro, per quello che riguarda la nostra esperienza non possiamo che parlarne bene. Nostro figlio è seguito in maniera completa dalla specialista di riferimento la quale organizza colloqui con noi genitori e con gli insegnanti scolastici in modo che possa essere aiutato anche a casa e a scuola. I progressi ci sono stati e sono significativi.
We have been addressing this center for 2 years now, so far as our experience is concerned, we can only speak well of it. Our son is followed in full by the specialist of reference who organizes interviews with us parents and with school teachers so that he can also be helped at home and at school. Progress has been made and is significant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia figlia è stata seguita per due anni a Milano dalla dott.ssa Zoboli iniziando con una difficoltà evidente a parlare e pronunciare correttamente parecchie lettere. Siamo assolutamente soddisfatti e contenti del lavoro fatto, per la professionalità, l'attenzione con cui è stata guardata, il coinvolgimento della famiglia nel processo logopedico. Alla fine della seconda elementare mia figlia legge e parla correttamente (ha 10 in italiano) e grazie alla sicurezza acquisita col linguaggio ha potuto superare la sua timidezza. Consigliamo sinceramente la Cooperativa Imparole.
My daughter was followed for two years in Milan by Dr. Zoboli, starting with an evident difficulty in speaking and pronouncing several letters correctly. We are absolutely satisfied and happy with the work done, for the professionalism, the attention with which it was looked at, the involvement of the family in the speech therapy process. At the end of the second grade my daughter reads and speaks correctly (she has 10 in Italian) and thanks to the confidence acquired with language she was able to overcome her shyness. We sincerely recommend the Imparole Cooperative.

For five years I have found in the Imparole cooperative a valid reference for my son both because they make use of valid professionals in different fields (psychiatrists, psychologists, psychotherapists) and because they are truly understanding and available with the family.
