Käse durften wir probieren und wurde von uns als sehr gut erkannt. Wir haben zu einem sehr interessanten
Preis einen tollen Parmesan gekauft und das bei sehr freundlicher, zuvorkommender Bedienung.

Il Parmigiano è il formaggio più buono che ci sia, e quello della cooperativa Casearia del Frignano è il migliore di tutti! Il maestro Casaro Fabrizio guida una tradizione decennale dell'arte di produrre e stagionare le forme dello squisito formaggio. Ma il top è vedere spaccare una forma col solo utilizzo di tre coltelli, proprio come usava un tempo, ed apprezzare la fragranza della pasta appena aperta. MERAVIGLIOSO! GOURMET!!
There is no cheese in the world better than this. Seeing is believing. Parmesan is the best cheese there is, and that of the Casearia del Frignano cooperative is the best of all! The master Casaro Fabrizio leads a ten-year tradition of the art of producing and maturing the shapes of the exquisite cheese. But the top is to see a shape being broken with the use of only three knives, just as it used to be, and to appreciate the fragrance of freshly opened pasta. WONDERFUL! GOURMET !!
