Sono andato a prendere un sacco da 25 kg di mangime per polli e al momento di pagare la cassiera mi ha chiesto di alzare il sacco per visualizzare il codice a barre....appena sollevato il sacco si è aperto in due ed il mangime è finito tutto sul pavimento...per mia enorme sorpresa la cassiera (disposizioni della direzione) mi ha detto che dovevo pagare il 50% del prodotto!!!! Assurdo e scorretto!!! Ho provato a chiamare la Direzione giacché è una trovata loro ma non rispondono....ho pagato ma per me possono fallire!!!! Fenomeni!!!!
Customer for many years who closed with this company this morning !!!! I went to get a 25 kg sack of chicken feed and at the time of paying the cashier asked me to lift the sack to view the barcode .... as soon as I lifted the sack opened in two and the feed was finished all on the floor ... to my huge surprise the cashier (management's instructions) told me that I had to pay 50% of the product !!!! Absurd and incorrect !!! I tried to call the Management as it is a gimmick but they don't answer .... I paid but for me they can fail !!!! Phenomena !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cara, lo è sempre stata ( ma prima era in centro di Firenze ora non più), moltissimi articoli come i terricci, sono per chi ha grandi terreni o per grandi proprietari. Di altri articoli lasciamo perdere, lo standard indispensabile e banale per dilettanti. Gli avevo chiesto una confezione di una terra specifica indispensabile per certe piante, di " soli" max 25 o 30 kg, visto che non ho neanche la macchina, ma si sono rifiutati di procurarmela....dicendomi che " loro facevano solo quella di 70kg", (enorme e da tempo esaurita). A Firenze manca un vero supermercato per le piante.
Dear, it has always been (but before it was in the center of Florence now not anymore), many items such as soils, are for those who have large plots or large owners. We forget about other articles, the indispensable and banal standard for amateurs. I asked them for a package of a specific soil that is indispensable for certain plants, of "only" max 25 or 30 kg, since I don't even have a car, but they refused to get it for me .... telling me that "they only did that of 70kg ", (huge and long out of stock). In Florence there is no real supermarket for plants.
