★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buona la carne e le salsicce. Il giovedì c'è anche la ricotta di pecora, talora anche i formaggi caprini, oltre al pecorino. Tra i dolci buoni i biscotti con mandorle, nocciole e cioccolato, di loro produzione (si trovano preferibilmente in autunno e inverno)
