Ciò detto, segnalo l'assoluta mancanza di educazione e di rispetto del personale addetto alle casse. In proposito, sono stato testimone, in varie occasioni, di risposte aggressive e del tutto ingiustificate nei confronti di alcuni clienti che facevano delle domande assolutamente legittime. In generale, anche direttamente, ho constatato un atteggiamento strafottente e del tutto fuori luogo del suddetto personale, soprattutto in considerazione del fatto che si tratta di un lavoro a diretto contatto con il pubblico. Pur essendo vicino casa, eviterò di fare la spesa presso la Coop Lanciani. Andrebbe ingrandito il reparto macelleria e ridotto quello dei biscotti. Unica pecca è data dalle casse scomode e piccole, ove è difficile mettere gli acquisti nelle buste.
