L	Letizia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Direttore incompetente e maleducato con mascherina abbassata dopo ben 35 minuti di attesa x ritirare un ordine on line chiedo spiegazioni e dice che il sistema e bloccato ma a fatto silenzio fino a che non ho chiesto informazioni dico che aspetto altri due minuti visti che ne ho gia perso 35 e il signor direttore risponde e non so cossa farte vien doman e li parte lo sclero.... Oggi mando una persona a ritirare il pacco altro tempo perso 20 m se non di piu perche non era in grado di usare un pc e non sapeva come fare x gli ordini on line a dovuto chiamare non so chi per farsi spiegare come fare... Io direi vergogna assoluta trattare clienti cosi che se non ci fossino noi ti magnaressi segoe crue.... Ci vado sempre volentieri anche per il personale amichevole e disposto ad andare incontro al cliente. Optimal! Ho dato quattro stelle, anziché cinque visto l'esiguo spazio della superficie di vendita, ma è anche da considerare che ci troviamo in un centro cittadino e non in una prima periferia dove si possono trovare ampiezze dei locali maggiori. Una nota a favore del personale, di cui apprezzo la gentilezza e l'umanità, visto che si sono dati molto da fare per trovare una mascherina ad una signora sprovvista la quale avrebbe necessariamente dovuto rinviare la sua spesa.
