A mio parere però il personale dovrebbe essere più cortese con i clienti occasionali (sarò entrata 3/4 volte) non solo con quei clienti che abitualmente frequentano il negozio. Inoltre, chiedere se per cortesia fosse possibile fare una confezione regalo per un articolo da 8 € e veder storcere il naso della commessa.......poi vedendo che avevo riposto l' articolo sullo scaffale.....allora tutta premurosa me lo fece.......questo anni fa. Mah!!!! The products are great and there is variety. In my opinion, however, the staff should be more courteous with occasional customers (I will be in 3/4 times) not only with those customers who usually frequent the shop. Also, ask if, please, it was possible to make a gift box for an 8 € item and see the saleswoman turn up the nose ....... then seeing that I had put the item back on the shelf ..... then all thoughtful he did it to me ....... this years ago. Mah !!!!

È possibile trovarvi prodotti alimentari accuratamente selezionati e alimenti di altri Paesi, vini, spezie varie, the, cioccolate, caramelle. Già il profumo è irresistibile! A historic shop, a local attraction, a must see if you come to Mestre. It is possible to find carefully selected food products and foods from other countries, wines, various spices, teas, chocolates, candies. The perfume is already irresistible!
C	Claudia Fiore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alcuni amici avevano acquistato tre vini per il compleanno di mio marito e - purtroppo - all'apertura di uno dei tre vini - nel lasciare arieggiare la bottiglia per fare esaltare i profumi del vino prima di versarlo nei bicchieri, ci siamo resi conto che era stato un vino mal conservato in quanto presentava una delle tipiche "puzzette" del vino: l'odore di aceto, odore che il vino forma se conservato in malo modo. Abbiamo portato la bottiglia in negozio per poter avere un cambio bottiglia ma la suddetta bottiglia non è stata cambiata in quanto non sussisteva il problema. Ora, visto che entrambi siamo sommelier, confermiamo che l'odore si sentiva eccome. Non ci vedranno più. Essendo una bottega rinomata non ci si comporta così, soprattutto con dei nuovi clienti. Some friends had bought three wines for my husband's birthday and - unfortunately - when opening one of the three wines - in letting the bottle air to enhance the aromas of the wine before pouring it into the glasses, we realized that it had been a badly preserved wine as it had one of the typical "puzzette" of wine: the smell of vinegar, the smell that the wine forms if stored in a bad way. We brought the bottle to the shop in order to have a bottle change but the aforementioned bottle was not changed as there was no problem. Now, since we are both sommeliers, we confirm that you could smell it all right. They won't see us anymore. Being a renowned shop, we don't behave like this, especially with new customers.

I suppose the gods of taste and Baccus himself gather here in the night, too kind to leave the shop to the mortals during the day, I'm not sure I would be so generous. If Mestre is worth of fame, surely is because Caberlotto and the countless delicatessen one can find inside. Before Christmas try Caberlotto's 'torroncini', worth the travel from wherever you live. Visiting Venice you will remember San Marco, visiting Mestre you will remember Caberlotto. One insane gourmet like myself should have the temptation to spend the saving of the life here.
