Let's say that the store deserves a three-star rating because it is part of the large-scale distribution of the province; therefore the prices are not particularly advantageous, the fresh fruit and vegetables are from the fridge, never tasty and moldy after two days ago. The employees seem state-owned, who do not care about the customer, but only to make it to the end of the month, this given by a relationship with the company of subjection and not meritocratic as a cooperative should be. I break a spear for two employees, in particular Alessio delle casse and Simona from the fish shop. Precise professionals, absolutely careful to satisfy every customer's need, doing much more than what is required by the mere contract. In Simona I have always found competence, professionalism and that non-formal way of treating each client, as a distinct subject and not a faceless number. The coop is not me in these terms and I am a leftist woman. You can do much more and better, especially with employees and consequently with customers.
