Avrei dovuto fare una semplice tinta bionda, mi sono ritrovata con i capelli tricolore (Arancione, Giallo, Bianco) e completamente bruciati, oltre che la cute. Me li hanno rovinati senza nessuna soluzione per farli tornare sani e ho dovuto tagliarli fino a fare un caschetto. Ora dovrò aspettare ricrescano del tutto. Absolutely TERRIBLE and ABSENT OF PROFESSIONALISM. I should have done a simple blonde dye, I found myself with tricolor hair (Orange, Yellow, White) and completely burnt, as well as the skin. They ruined them for me without any solution to get them back healthy and I had to cut them up to make a helmet. Now I'll have to wait for them to grow back completely.

Musi lunghi,quasi per dire “ ma questa cosa vuole?”.. e subito a pelle non mi sono sentita a mio agio. Mi ha fatto lo shampoo e la piega ( top) il ragazzo giovane,molto bravo,gentile e accurato,ma per il resto anche no. Non c’è stato scambio di parola,mi sentivo in più e non a mio agio. Ultima cosa.. non sapevo che avendo i capelli lunghi fino a metà schiena una piega mi venisse 27 euro… ho sempre saputo che lavori come schiariture ecc vengono di più in base alla lunghezza però per lavare e asciugare i capelli mi sembra molto molto esagerato. Long faces, as if to say "but what does this want?" .. and immediately I did not feel at ease. The young guy, very good, kind and careful, did me the shampoo and the hairdresser (top), but otherwise not. There was no exchange of words, I felt extra and not at ease. Last thing .. I did not know that having long hair up to mid-back a fold would make me 27 euros ... I have always known that you work as lightenings etc. they are more based on the length but to wash and dry the hair it seems to me very very exaggerated.
