Non c'è stata l'umiltà di ammettere l'errore e mi sono trovata con uno scontrino esagerato che oltre a un servizio non corrispondente aveva aggiunto il costo di un servizio di cui non mi è stato chiesto il consenso! Complimenti brinderò alla vostra salute!

There was no humility to admit the mistake and I found myself with an exaggerated receipt that in addition to a mismatched service had added the cost of a service for which I was not asked for consent!
