Non do la quinta stellina perché, nonostante mi fossero stati indicati dal personale di OBI come riparatori dei prodotti da loro venduti, non trattano ricambi per utensili di marca Kinzo. We only spoke by phone, they seemed very prepared. I do not give the fifth star because, although they were indicated to me by OBI staff as repairers of the products they sell, they do not deal with spare parts for Kinzo brand tools.

Gentilezza estrema, competenza e attenzione al cliente. Chiedevo solo qualche info su come lucidare le plastiche dei battipenna che produco e ne sono uscito entusiasta. Raro trovare persone che ti seguono così anche solo x un'informazione. Consigliatissimo. Avessi bisogno andrei sicuramente da loro. Top !!! Me ne mancavano ancora 4 e dovevo trovare una soluzione. Il costo di riparazione del trapano sarebbe stato piuttosto elevato ma a pari prezzo mi è stato proposto un eccellente trapano usato come dimostrativo che si è dimostrato all’altezza. Competenza, cortesia e professionalità. I can only confirm the positive reviews. I had burned a semi-professional drill to make holes far beyond the reach of that drill. I still lacked 4 and I had to find a solution. The cost of repairing the drill would have been quite high but for the same price I was offered an excellent drill used as a demonstration that proved to be up to scratch. Competence, courtesy and professionalism.
