Dalla finestra, a distanza, ho esposto il problema...risposta: prenda un antinfiammatorio. Senza capire quale sia stato il problema, senza approfondire, senza essere visitato, zero. m	maria rita cardllo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefono sempre occupato. Di presenza arroganza e scortesia. La sensazione costante di essere considerato una seccatura. Altro che eroi! Dovrebbero vergognarsi del tipo di rapporto che istaurano col paziente. Ricordo perfettamente uno dei medici che rimproverava a sproposito un signore che aveva problemi con la madre anziana. Il signore in questione, educatissimo, con la mascherina perfettamente indossata, veniva apostrofato così: Si metta la mascherina! QUESTI SONO GLI EROI DELLA GUARDIA MEDICA! Phone always busy. I perfectly remember one of the doctors who scolded a gentleman who had problems with his elderly mother. The gentleman in question, very polite, with the mask perfectly worn, was addressed as follows: Put on the mask! THESE ARE THE HEROES OF THE MEDICAL GUARD!
V	Valentina Montesanto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che la mia recensione si basa su una semplice conversazione telefonica intercorsa questa sera con il Dottore in turno, di cui pur conoscendone il nome, per delicatezza (che non meriterebbe),evito di specificarlo.Il Dottore ha prontamente risposto alla telefonata, chiedendomi subito sola la zona dalla quale stessi chiamando( e non il motivo della chiamata), non essendo la guardia medica di mia competenza, mi ha fornito un altro numero telefonico( che poi si e' rilevato, tra l'altro, non essere quello corretto).Non si e'preoccupato minimamente del motivo per cui stessi chiamando ed alla richiesta di aiuto (semplice consulto telefonico), nonostante ripeto, non fosse la guardia medica di competenza, sottolineva di dover comporre l'altro numero...ed all'ennessimo tentativo di ricevere cmq una sua assistenza, (erano semplici domande)le sue parole sono state letteralmente le seguenti:"se proprio ci tiene tanto a dirmelo, mi dica..." (riferendosi al motivo della chiamata) con tono indisponente e menefreghista, cosa inaccettabile sia umanamente e soprattutto professionalmente, trattandosi di un medico a disposizione proprio nei casi d'emergenza. In conclusione la mia recensione non puo'che esser negativa e mi rattrista vedere che coincide con quella di tanti altri utenti, spero che la stessa arrivi al Dottore in oggetto, affinche' possa rendersi conto del grave errore commesso e comportarsi da vero medico in ogni circostanza I state that my review is based on a simple telephone conversation that took place this evening with the Doctor on duty, whose name, for delicacy (which he does not deserve), I refrain from specifying it. only the area from which I was calling (and not the reason for the call), not being the medical guard under my responsibility, gave me another telephone number (which later turned out to be not the correct one) He was not worried in the least about why I was calling and at the request for help (simple telephone consultation), although I repeat, it was not the medical guard of competence, he stressed that he had to dial the other number ... and to the ennessimo attempt to receive any assistance from him, (they were simple questions) his words were literally the following: "if you really want to tell me, tell me ..." In conclusion, my review can only be negative and it saddens me to see that it coincides with that of many other users, I hope that it reaches the Doctor in question, so that he can realize the serious mistake committed and behave like a true doctor in every circumstance

E ovviamente non mi hanno aiutato a risolvere il problema…. Anzi! An indecent thing! The grumpy young lady tonight 03/16/2022 that I hope should never need a (non) medical guard like her.
