★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato perché interessata a prendere appuntamento, appena ho specificato che si trattava di un taglio mi sento rispondere “No guardi nce sta il titolare nsaprei manco che dije” e arrivederci a mai più. Ma che modi sono?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasta molto delusa ....volevamo un colore siamo uscite con .....boh non saprei classificarlo ! E pensare che molti giorni prima ero andata con mia figlia proprio per capire se fosse stato possibile cambiarle il colore e per avere un prezzo ! Ho pagato di più di quello che mi era stato detto e non hanno saputo gestire il cambio di colore modificandolo a tal punto che ora mia figlia ha 4 sfumature diverse in testa ....il tutto per 60€..... che gran delusione !
I was very disappointed .... we wanted a color we went out with ..... boh I don't know how to classify it! And to think that many days before I had gone with my daughter just to understand if it was possible to change the color and to have a price! I paid more than what I was told and they could not manage the color change by modifying it to the point that now my daughter has 4 different shades on her head .... all for 60 € ..... what a great disappointment!

Sono riuscite ad ascoltarmi e capire esattamente di cosa avevo bisogno, guidandomi nella scelta migliore non solo in merito all'estetica ma anche alla salute del capello. Abbiamo iniziato un percorso che porterò avanti perché uscire da un parrucchiere dicendo "È esattamente quello che volevo!" non mi era mai capitato in 40 anni di vita. Grazie davvero per la professionalità, l'accoglienza amichevole e l'ascolto. A presto!
Antonella and Claudia were fantastic! They were able to listen to me and understand exactly what I needed, guiding me in the best choice not only regarding aesthetics but also the health of the hair. We started a journey that I will carry on because going out of a hairdresser saying "That's exactly what I wanted!" it had never happened to me in 40 years of life. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ frequento il salone da tempo ed ho avuto modo di sperimentare un pò tutta la gamma dell'altissima professionalità di Antonella, Greta e Claudia. Sono sempre stata consigliata sulla base di quello che era più confacente alla mia persona e mai per "vendere" una prestazione.
Colorazioni, tagli, acconciature e da ultimo le trecce: mai una volta sono uscita insoddisfatta e sempre ho trovato competenza, professionalità ed educazione.

I have been attending the salon for some time and I was able to experience a little bit the whole range of the very high professionalism of Antonella, Greta and Claudia. I have always been advised on the basis of what was most suited to my person and never to "sell" a performance.
Colors, cuts, hairstyles and finally the braids: never once have I gone out unsatisfied and have always found competence, professionalism and education.
Contesta Rock Hair Centocelle is a state of mind: try it and you won't regret it !!!!
