Consegna che non si è concretizzata ,per cause indipendenti dalla mia volontà che mi hanno costretto a riportare la macchina nel box. Ringrazio il vostro autista Sig.Maurizio per la professionalità dimostrata nella gestione dell'imprevisto,, e per l'aiuto, che ho ricevuto. This morning I took advantage of your tow truck, through Assicurazioni Generali for the delivery of my Passat taken from my garage and destined for an authorized Wolkswagen workshop. Delivery that did not materialize, for reasons independent of my will that forced me to bring the car back into the garage. I thank your driver Mr. Maurizio for the professionalism shown in the management of the unexpected, and for the help I received.

I costi corretti e nell'attesa consiglio un dolcetto alla pasticceria attigua. I made the first service of captur lpg petrol. The staff is professional, punctual and helpful. The costs are correct and in the meantime I recommend a sweet from the adjoining pastry shop.

Hanno effettuato cambio olio, filtro e controlli di routine, più...SOSTITUZIONE SPAZZOLE TERGICRISTALLO!!! 25 euro! Ora, aldilà del fatto che le spazzole erano perfettamente funzionanti, non credo che rientrino negli interventi di un tagliando, ma se proprio decidi che vuoi sostituirmele perchè costituiscono un pericolo per la mia incolumità(??)almeno chiedimelo. Per il resto, molto cordiali e disponibili, ma questa cosa mi ha dato l'impressione che i tergicristalli li abbiano infilati a forza nel lavoro perchè 120 euro era un po' poco per un tagliando(la macchina ha 20.000 km...) Peccato, occasione mancata. 11/24/2021: I had the second service on my 2019 Captur. They have had an oil change, filter and routine checks, plus ... REPLACING THE WIPER BRUSHES !!! 25 euros! Now, apart from the fact that the brushes were perfectly functional, I don't think they are part of the interventions of a coupon, but if you really decide that you want to replace them because they represent a danger to my safety (??) at least ask me. For the rest, very friendly and helpful, but this thing gave me the impression that the wipers forced them into the work because 120 euros was a little bit for a service (the car has 20,000 km ...). , missed opportunity.

Nel tempo ho sempre trovato soluzioni valide e veloci e non ho mai avuto problemi successivi agli interventi. Tutt'ora nonostante le mie autovetture siano con qualche anno sulle spalle, preferisco affidarmi alla loro assistenza seria e sicura, piuttosto che trovare a buon mercato soluzioni alternative poco "ufficiali" Always a customer, I confirm that the professionalism of the manager, of the workshop and office staff, have always been at the highest levels. Over time I have always found valid and fast solutions and I have never had problems following the interventions. Even now, despite my cars having a few years on their shoulders, I prefer to rely on their serious and safe assistance, rather than finding cheap alternative solutions that are not "official"

Since the prices of my car parts are very expensive in Israel I decided to look for a part in one of the Renault dealers in the Rome area and so I came to Alessandro from Moauro S.r.l. After corresponding with Alessandro in the email I made an order of the part. Alessandro made sure to keep me updated on the progress of the booking, answered all my questions (and i bothered him quite a bit), and finally even brought me the part himself up to my hotel in Rome (for a very small cost). I have no words to describe the professional service and personal treatment I received from Alessandro. highly recommend.
